Ha good one .... not for drinking and not for swimming .... not allowed ... this basin is only for good looking and for the amazing fountain show. If you look carefully on the picture your will see some of the fountain equipments. Go on "Dubai Mall Fountain show" as a search, maybe on Youtube you will see what I am talking about. Thanks for the observation and comments.
